What if my product is damaged?

Please take a moment to check your item when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the package, even small issues with the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can’t inspect the item right away but think there might be damage, just write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If anything does show up damaged, send a few photos to support@tinyboundaries.com and we’ll take care of a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
