What if my product is damaged?
Please take a moment to examine your item(s) upon arrival. If you observe any damage to the package—even minor issues with the box—make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the item at delivery but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should any items arrive damaged, simply email photos to support@tinyboundaries.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you, typically within one business day.
