How long will it take for my order to ship, and when will it arrive?
Depending on the product, most orders ship within 1-2 business days, though some may ship the same day. Rare delays can happen due to unforeseen issues, but generally, your order will arrive within 4-7 days. Any longer delivery times will be noted on the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel any order for a full refund before it ships. Please contact us immediately at support@tinyboundaries.com to cancel. Once shipped, the order will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice damage—even to the box—please note it when signing for the delivery. If you suspect damage but can’t inspect it immediately, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If you find the product damaged, send photos to support@tinyboundaries.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or other compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, which includes order details and shipping information. Once it ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes, we’ll send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. We recommend printing and saving it for your records. Be sure your email address is correct to receive these updates.
Do you charge sales tax?
We’re based in Washington and only charge sales tax on orders shipped within Washington, potentially saving you hundreds compared to other stores.
Can I change my order?
