Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence, so our return and refund process is designed to be simple and straightforward.
Return Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. However, if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping will be at your expense.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.
Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to send the item back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the item is received in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, excluding any shipping fees.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@tinyboundaries.com.
