  1. Return Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

  2. Shipping Costs: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. However, if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, return shipping will be at your expense.

  3. Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no cost. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to send the item back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping costs covered by you. Once received in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the item’s cost, minus any shipping fees.

  5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@tinyboundaries.com.
